Describe my experience, well if you enjoy cold food, horrible customer service and having a tragic start to your day come here. Legit 2 minutes from my house host the worst food experience you could ever imagine. Over the past 5 years I have been going there off and on when they completely rehire entire new crew of people and consistently this place fails to even meet satisfaction in slightest bit. On top of everything they have this one lady who is easily the worst person I've ever encountered in my life. Legit she has no good day ever and never fails to bring me cold food, wrong orders, long wait times, and NASTY customer service.. I'm in my car waiting whatever goes on in her mind that constitutes her awful behavior towards me and presumably every customer that goes there. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST drive 10 minutes further just to get treated like a human.
Something is up with this place... They have horrible service, are always getting my orders wrong, and are very rude! Someone needs to fire the manager too because she was specifically rude out of all of the staff.
My girlfriend and I couldn't even finish our order without being interrupted with sighs and rude comments been having this problem with them a lot lately won't be going back. Dunkin Donuts shouldn't hire people who have a problem making items that are on the menu. This one lady was completely out of line in the way she treated us I understand people have bad days but this is more then once with the same lady if you don't like your job you should change it. Taking it out on customers is just wrong. I will be trying heavenly donuts now.
