Location is little misleading as the GPS stops you at the same address in Havehill MA, while the same exact address is in Plaistow NH, which is just down the street about 0.1 mile further.
But overall, amazing experience. Would rent again !

This locatiion is under new management, and they make it as hard as possible to rent a car. They don't bother to tell you when they give you a quote on a vehicle that you need to add $250 as a deposit. Then the woman says the insurance card isn't good enough. She needs the page from my policy showing my coverage!? Then she says they don't actually have any cars, but will call me when they get one back...could be a couple days.
I have been renting cars from Enterprise for 2 month off and on-- and the service I have received has been wonderful. Brittany and staff always go the extra mile to ensure that needs are met, at a price point that works- with door- to - door service can;t beat that!
Don't waist your time. I made a reservation a week in advance because I was getting work done on my car due to an accident. I made my reservation for 4:30PM so I could go after work. When I arrived an hour early, I was told that my reservation was set for 8:00AM, so my vehicle was given to another customer since I "didn't show". So, they messed up my reservation, blamed me for not showing up and then did NOTHING to help me. I was told "there is nothing I can do". At this point, I have no car. I had to call another Enterprise Location my self and they (Salem NH) were more than happy to try and resolve the situation and found me a car at yet another location (Lawrence MA), and even drove me there to pick it up. NO THANKS TO PLAISTOW. Tip, don't blame your customers for your mistake and how about some customer service and try to resolve your mistake!!
