EXCELLENT customer service at this Firestone location! I recently had all new tires + alignment and was so pleased with how friendly, helpful and also flexible the gentleman was that took care of me. I wish I knew for sure what his name is (I want to say Brian?), because he absolutely deserves the recognition!! My other car is also in need of all new tires and this Firestone is without a doubt who I'll be giving my business to! Great job, guys!! Keep up the good work
Went here only to have low tires filled. I have a vehicle where standard air machines cannot meet the minimum specifications of the tire. I have 80 lb tires ... the most that a standard air pressure machine can provide is 45 lb. I've been to the Firestone location in Plaistow twice to have a low tire filled. They tended to the needs almost immediately and didn't charge me for it. Nice people.
The staff has been friendly and accommodating each time I've gone and I've experienced only positive results after work was completed.
They really helped me at a time when the store was incredibly busy - the day after our first snow storm. I appreciate both their kindness and professionalism.
Been here a few times and the manager Mike has been a pleasure to deal with. Shorthanded for the day, but still got me out earlier than promised and riding smooth once again. Thanks!
