3) they don't care to be flexible. Closing at 6pm on Saturday and 4pm on Sunday? Their business is to make working out accessible, and they honesty do a poor job of it.
Nice and clean!!!
Please clean your basketball courts. At least one court for people playing basketball and basketball only instead of playing floor hockey on every single court, pickle ball and other activities, maybe wax them every once in a while. They are terrible you mess up my basketball shoes and other people's also just by playing on them, ruining the traction on shoes and it's so dusty. You guys put no effort into cleaning the courts and it's not good. Everything needs work. You also need working rebounders that pass back after every shot that's been shot. That would be nice, and CLEAN COURTS.
I love it here! The staff is so kind, all the courts are clean and full size. Every afternoon there are at least 2 courts open to use with sand volleyball courts in the back. Overall this is a super fun place to hang out after school, play some games and just have a really good time.
Edit: started off at 4 stars, coming down to 2. Didn't know (probably just didn't remember lol.. ) that when you turn 26 your membership goes up to $57/month. $7 a month more than I spent at Cedardale for an embarrassingly small weight room, hallways that perpetually smell like farts, and somehow 4 basketball courts that are booked full half the days of the week.
2) they don't care if members want to use the courts, they're only interested in making more money by renting them out
Countless people I played basketball with have left since I became a member 6 months ago for all these reasons. I might suck it up and remain a member until Cedardale opens up in Haverhill, but
I'm more likely to go join the Andover Y. I'd rather drive nearly half an hour than deal with these obvious issues that go ignored.
One of the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen the stars are very good people the housekeeping is awesome
I only signed up because there were 4 full basketball courts, but it's clear that
1) the courts are not maintained whatsoever
