My initial experience this business was great. Dean was very polite and more then happy to let me look at and test drive multiple vehicles I was looking at. While testing out a truck , which would eventually become the one I own, I noticed several problems that could be fixed and requested that they take care of it upon purchase. Several days went buy and I received a phone call that the truck was ready for pick up. I drove 1 1/2 hours there to only find out that nothing was fixed that I pointed out. Some things they just tried to hack together. This made me realize that they live up to the used car salesman reputation that everyone knows too well. Most of these issues where minor, mostly aesthetic and could be fixed down the line if I wanted. That being said they still tried to pull a fast one. I drove all the way there and overall the truck is fantastic and a hard truck to come by at that, but still. While signing the paperwork they were rushing through it, going a 100 mph, acting as if they had better places to be. The service definitely decreased the second time around. When I finally took the truck home, I had a funny feeling that these goons probably neglected it in other ways. I changed the oil and wouldn't you believe it there was no oil filter at all. The assembly in the housing wasn't even there. The closer I looked, I realized that several things were held together by zip ties. The more I seemed to work on it the more I realized how much was hacked together. It's a shame that people do this stuff. They do have very nice vehicles there but buyer beware. Make sure you allow yourself a good amount of time to look them over.
