I would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle here. I purchased a vehicle here for my very ill mother - specifically I sought out a Honda to have a reliable and safe vehicle for her - only to find out 2 months later it needed over $1500 worth of work. Four months after I bought the car, it needed another $1000 worth of work....all for a $3000 vehicle! This place ripped us off and made no attempt to fix any issues when we contacted them. They are scammers - BEWARE!
Bought a car there recently a Ford Fusion. Had some issues with it prior to purchase they graciously fixed everything. I purchased the vehicle and we were unable to take it at that time so Chris delivered it for me at my home the next day in the next town, very helpful. Upstanding place.
Bought vechile from here had a lot of work that needed to be done. Brought it up there to get fixed under warranty. It just sat there and didn’t get any work. They stickered it for me but there’s no way it would pass inspection so don’t know how they did that. Completely ripped us off. Also when It was up there they use it to drive home with. I would not recommend this place.
Went looking for a car to handle my long commutes, ended up going to plaistow auto and left with a beautiful Honda Civic. The car is perfect for what I needed and I can't say enough about how pleasant the experience was. Very kind and helpful staff.
